My Husband and I were looking for property on the Island this summer to move back to after living 12 years in Asia. We currently live in Dubai and were out of touch with the Real Estate market so it was a real learning curve for us. We had been sort of looking around for a place to settle for the last 3 previous summers and hadn’t found anything that suited us until this year.

It was a real pleasure to have Terri Chalaturnyk guide us through this experience this summer. She was very attentive to our needs and extremely friendly and flexible considering the multiple changes to our travels throughout the summer as both my husband and I had only a few weeks available where we were in the same country together! Her dedication to us was amazing as she arranged and had overseen the professional house inspections. Correspondence was very difficult but we were very impressed as she made every available effort to keep us informed by email, cell phone messages and phone calls when we were in Victoria, and Newfoundland. We were constantly in touch.

On the rare occasion when she wasn’t available to escort us, as viewing selected properties had to be booked on a very short notice due to our schedules, she arranged that we were to be taken care of by her very professional husband Ted Chalaturnyk. Great teamwork!

I highly commend the professionalism of Terri in assisting my husband and I through this somewhat stressful period which ended very successfully with our newly purchased country dream home awaiting our return next May…

We first contacted Ted when our son was in the market to buy his first house. As parents we wanted him in the right hands for this very important venture. Right away we liked Ted's approach. Honesty was number one in his books which we greatly appreciated. The house buying process took a while but Ted showed great patience and always had excellent advice. Moving to a new location is always stressful, especially when you’re travelling half-way across the country, so it was a pleasure to meet Terri, who went out of her way to make the transition for us as smooth as possible. Throughout the entire purchase process, Terri helped us along the way. Not being local to Campbell River, a lot of coordinating, use of email and photo sharing via internet, along with incredible response turnaround to our questions, proved to be very effective methods to enable our purchase to go smoothly. There was no wasted time or trips, which meant a lot to us as it's a round trip of 6 hours for us. Terri had everything impeccably organized, with every detail covered. The whole process of finding and buying a house with Terri and Ted’s assistance was fun, exciting, and really quite easy. My husband and I were living in the Lower Mainland and decided to move to Campbell River. Terri and Ted were both very personable and had great communication skills.
