Setting The Price

We provide a comparative market analysis for you that includes homes that are on the market that will be in direct competition with yours and homes similar to yours that have sold recently. We will discuss the location and condition of the home as well as current market trends, all of which affect price. We will give you a price we think the home will sell for and suggest a listing price. We give advice but what you list for and what you sell for are your decisions.

Documentation

We will collect a number of documents on your property: blueprints, warranties, receipts for your new appliances, heating bill, site survey, title search, tax records, title documents etc. Having the documentation ready when a buyer wants to make an offer eliminates problems and helps smooth the way to a successful sale.

The Selling Process

We will discuss ways to make your Campbell River home easy for buyers to view and can give you some hints on how to live in a home that is on the market. We will book all showings through you. We provide lock boxes on houses for increased security.

The Offer

We will go through the offer with you in detail, ensure your interests are protected, make changes to the contract at your direction and negotiate on your behalf.
